You lost your access link

Email us from the address you paid with and we will send it again. If you no longer have that inbox, tell us roughly when you bought and we will find you.

You want a refund

Email us and say so. No reason needed, no form, nothing to return. You keep the product either way. You have fourteen days from purchase. See the terms.

Your link says you need access

The usual cause is a browser that strips cookies, or a link opened from an app that uses its own private browser. Open the link in your normal browser rather than inside another app. If it still refuses, email us and we will fix it at our end.

You bought the add-on but cannot see it

Open your original access link once more. That refreshes what your browser knows about your purchase and The Caption Cure will appear under Add-on. If it still does not, email us.

You want to be deleted

Email us and we will remove your record. This also switches your access link off, so download or print anything you want to keep first. See privacy.
