You are buying a digital product for personal use. You get it immediately. If it does not do what we said within fourteen days, you get your money back and you keep it.

Who you are buying from

What you are buying

The No-Face Pottery Sales Switch is a digital product delivered as a set of web pages: nine post formats with shot lists and caption frames, a sorting page, a filming setup page, a first-seven-posts list, an examples index, and five bonuses. The Caption Cure is an optional add-on containing caption openers and related material. The Drop Schedule is a second optional add-on containing a posting calendar and a plan for running a drop.

It is priced at $9 for the main product, $17 for The Caption Cure and $99 for The Drop Schedule, in United States dollars. The Drop Schedule is offered on the page you land on straight after paying, and if you go past it there it stays available inside the hub at the same price. Depending on where you are, Stripe may display and charge the equivalent in your local currency.

How you get it

Immediately. As soon as your payment clears you are sent to a page carrying your access link, and the same link is emailed to you. The link does not expire. Keep it, because it is how you get back in.

What you may and may not do with it

• Use it yourself, for your own pottery, for as long as you like.
• Print any of it for your own studio.
• Do not share your access link, post it publicly, or resell access.
• Do not republish, resell or redistribute the material as your own.

Some of the material references and displays posts made by other people. Those posts belong to their creators, not to us and not to you. Nothing in this product gives you any right to reuse someone else's work.

The guarantee

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and normally take five to ten days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you are in the UK or the European Union

Consumer law there gives you fourteen days to change your mind about an online purchase. That right can be given up for digital content delivered immediately, but only if you have expressly agreed to it, and we do not ask you to. So you keep it, in full. Our guarantee is set to the same fourteen days on purpose, so there is one window and one answer no matter where you live.

The card you pay with

When you buy, Stripe keeps your card on file. That is what lets the optional extra offered on the next page be added with one press instead of a second checkout. We never see the card number itself. What we hold is a reference from Stripe, which is useless anywhere except our own Stripe account.

Nothing is ever charged to that card unless you press a button that says what it costs. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no automatic renewal and no charge at a later date. Your bank may ask you to confirm the second payment, which is normal and is between you and them.

If you want the card taken off file, email support@nofacepotterysales.com and we will delete the reference the same day. It does not affect your access to anything you have already bought.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will make money, make sales, gain followers, or reach any particular result. What this product contains is a set of formats we observed on accounts that sell, written out with instructions. What happens when you use them depends on your work, your market and your effort, none of which we control. Nothing on the sales page or in the product is a guarantee of income.

Availability

We intend to keep your access working indefinitely. We are not promising a specific uptime, and we may move, change or improve the material. If we ever have to take it down for good, we will tell you by email first and give you a way to keep what you paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this product is limited to what you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by any of this.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
